Taking a moment before the project begins.
Well, I have spent some time in the studio. NOT doing what you might think, although I would have loved to just putter and create, it wasn't to be. You see, we have the antique wood cook stove (photo coming at a later date) in the studio and I needed to make some room so we could use it when we needed to this winter.
I wish I had a bigger room--it looks so cluttered even after I 'tidy up'. There is saying that I just love.
Happiness doesn't come from having things, it comes from having things you can find.
I like to think that I can find my things.
I didn't take a shot of the studio before the big 're-muddle' but here is 2 shots of it after. What is missing are the 6 big tubs of fiber I have---they have been relocated to the garage at this point. If that all goes well I can 're-muddle' the garage so I can get my car in this winter too.
The table you see next to the loom is where I have my 2 of the 3 knitting machines set up. D~ was great and added a wood top to the table so I could clamp the machines down.
The machine that you can see is a Brother KH-930 Electronic standard gauge with ribber attached. I'm still learning how to use them, however I have so many ideas rolling around in my head you wouldn't believe it.
Here is another saying to end with.
There is a lot of freedom in limitation.
